The hemp plant for the oils and tinctures thrives in the open field. The CBD oil is extracted in a protected environment using high-quality hemp seed oil. With our standardized ultrasonic extraction process, we ensure a particularly gentle production and extraction of the valuable ingredients of the cannabis.

For our animal health products, we only use cold-pressed oils and hemp flour from the plant.

Hemp is a very old crop. Originally, the plant needs both male and female plants in order for them to form seeds. There are now monoecious plants that have male and female plant parts.

The plant is usually an annual and can reach very different growth heights. It prefers moist soil. In itself, hemp is robust and not particularly demanding, which is why it is also ideal for organic cultivation. Depending on what hemp is used for, the cultivation differs a little. The hemp plant for the oils and tinctures thrives in the open field. For hemp oil, the seeds of the plant are gently harvested and pressed.

In order to get the coveted CBD oil, only female hemp plants are grown. The male plants must be prevented from pollinating the females, which is why the male plants are discarded. Regular weeding is required to grow hemp organically, as organic cultivation of CBD hemp requires a very low seed density.

The CBD content is strongly influenced by factors such as the weather.

Organically grown hemp is popular with consumers because it contains no pesticide residues.
